How to Use, in 4 Steps

  • Before You Start

    Boil the cup in water for 3–5 minutes at the start of each cycle to sterilize it. Pick a fold you like and practice a few times before using it for real.

  • Insert the Cup

    Squat, sit on the toilet, or stand with one leg raised. Push the cup horizontally, toward your tailbone. Twist gently or press the base to help it pop open fully.

  • Check the Position

    The cup should sit low in the vagina, with the stem about a finger's width from the opening. If you can move around without discomfort or leaking, it's in the right spot.

  • Remove the Cup

    Relax your pelvic floor and bear down gently, like you're using the bathroom, to push the cup lower. Pinch the base, rock it gently side to side, and hook a finger into the exclusive ring stem to pull it out in one motion.

My flow is very light / very heavy. Is Cocmau® right for me?

Yes. You don't need to match a cup to your flow — the same cup works from the first day to the last. Cocmau® collects blood rather than absorbing it, so it won't dry you out even on light days.
