Before you start
Wash your hands thoroughly. Pinch the middle of the SmoothDisc™ rim to form a figure-8 shape.

The Position
Squat, sit on the toilet, or stand with one leg elevated. Relax your pelvic floor muscles. Pinch the SmoothDisc™ with one hand, and gently part your labia with the other.

Insert & Secure
Push the disc into your vagina, angling it back toward your tailbone, as far as it will comfortably go. Tuck the front rim up and behind your pubic bone to secure it in place.

Removal
Wash your hands. Relax your pelvic floor. Hook your finger under the front rim. Gently pull the rim down and away from the pubic bone. Slowly slide the disc straight out while keeping the basin upright.
