Refund policy
While we work to personalize period comfort, we're aware that we can't satisfy 100% of our customers.
Please reach out to hello@smooth.vn for assistance with any Smooth products. We're determined to make it right for you. Also, it is normal for period products to take up to 6 months to be a regular part of your routine.
If you're still unhappy, these are the options for you to get a replacement or refund.
Online purchases
Returns and exchanges
All period products by Smooth are regulated medical devices, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After Smooth has validated that you received a damaged product, we 1) will issue the amount of the damaged product back in the form of your original payment, or 2) will not charge you for the damaged product if a charge has not taken place, or 3) send you a replacement item (shipping charge excluded).
Your warranty claim is valid within 3 months from the date of purchase, and only for items directly purchased from smooth.vn.
To submit your warranty claim, email hello@smooth.vn with the following information:
- Your proof of purchase
- A photo of your item
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Retail purchases
If you purchased Smooth products via a retailer, please contact the respective retailer about your refund or exchange request. These items are subject to the respective retailer's policies. They may require you to present a proof of purchase and the items to be unused and/or unopened.
If you are unsure if a retailer is authorized by Smooth, please send an email to hello@smooth.vn.
We do not provide returns or exchanges for an item purchased via a retailer.
