    Sterilize your cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes at the start of your period. Pick a fold you love and practice it a few times.

  • Step 2: Insertion

    Squat, sit on the toilet, or prop one leg up. Gently glide the folded cup horizontally toward your tailbone. Rotate or press the base to help it pop open.

  • Step 3: Positioning

    The cup should sit low in your vaginal canal, with the ring stem about one knuckle away from the vaginal opening. You will know it is placed right if you can move around without any discomfort or leaks.

  • Step 4: Removal
